Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Manore Stays website, services, and rental properties (“Site” and “Services”).

By accessing or using our Site, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms
You agree to be legally bound by them
You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

Scope of Services

Manore Stays provides short-term and mid-term rental accommodations across the United States, including:

Blacksburg, VA
Austin, TX
Lake Charles, LA
Tampa, FL
Greensboro, NC

We act as the property manager and booking provider for all listings.

Account & Booking Responsibility

You agree to:

Provide accurate booking information
Ensure all guests comply with these Terms
Accept full responsibility for the reservation

The primary guest is liable for all occupants and activities during the stay.

Booking, Pricing & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability
Full payment is required at booking
Prices may change before confirmation

Charges may include:

Nightly rates
Cleaning fees
Pet fees
Taxes and service fees

We reserve the right to:

Cancel bookings
Correct pricing errors
Refuse service if misuse or fraud is suspected

Cancellation, Refunds & Modifications

Full refund: 7+ days before check-in
50% refund: 3–6 days before check-in
No refund: within 48 hours
No-show: non-refundable
Early departure: unused nights are non-refundable

Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Late checkout without approval may result in:

Additional fees
Extra night charges

House Rules & Guest Conduct

Guests agree to:

Maintain cleanliness
Respect neighbors
Follow occupancy limits
Observe quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM)
Events & Parties Policy
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval from Manore Stays
Guests must request and receive approval in advance
Additional event fees or deposits may apply

Unauthorized events may result in:

Immediate eviction
Additional charges
No refund

Pets Policy

Pets allowed
$250 pet fee per stay
Guests must clean up and supervise pets

Guests are fully responsible for damages caused by pets.

Damages, Cleaning & Additional Charges

Guests are responsible for:

Property damage
Missing items
Excessive cleaning
Rule violations

You authorize Manore Stays to charge your payment method for any such costs, including after checkout.

Utilities

Short stays (<28 days): utilities included
Long stays (28+ days): utilities included up to $600/month
Excess usage may be charged

Safety & Security

Guests must:

Use property safely
Follow emergency procedures
Not tamper with safety systems

Security Cameras & Monitoring

For safety and property protection:

Some properties may have exterior security cameras
Cameras are used only for:
Security
Monitoring occupancy compliance
No cameras are installed inside private living spaces

By booking, you consent to the use of such monitoring systems.

Maintenance & Property Access

We may enter the property for:

Emergencies
Repairs
Inspections

Notice will be provided when possible.

Prohibited Activities

Guests may not:

Engage in illegal activity
Sublet or re-rent
Use property for unauthorized commercial use
Provide false information

Website Use & Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy or distribute content
Use scraping tools or bots
Interfere with the Site

Artificial Intelligence & Pricing Systems

Manore Stays may use automated systems (including AI) for:

Dynamic pricing
Property recommendations
Fraud detection

Prices and availability may change based on these systems.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and properties are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

Listing accuracy
Availability
Error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Manore Stays shall not be liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of personal belongings
Travel disruptions

Maximum liability shall not exceed:

Booking amount paid
OR
$100 USD

Chargeback & Payment Disputes

By booking, you agree:

Not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Manore Stays
To allow reasonable time for resolution

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

Legal action
Recovery of fees, damages, and legal costs

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manore Stays from:

Claims
Damages
Legal expenses

arising from your stay or violations of these Terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions caused by:

Natural disasters
Government actions
Utility failures

Privacy & Data Use

We collect and use personal data for:

Booking processing
Communication
Service improvement

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the property is located.

Jurisdiction Clause (Important Protection)

All disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of that state.

You waive the right to:

File disputes in other jurisdictions
Participate in class-action lawsuits

Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Manore Stays.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
